


Stephanie Janowick is the Managing Partner of Windward Partners. As a senior-level executive, Stephanie possesses a strong understanding of what it takes to become a leader. Stephanie is an expert in working with clients to identify their internal value propositions and market them to attract and retain the most sought after candidates within their fields. Stephanie has over 15 years of accounting and finance search expertise. Her tenure includes eight years of retained /agency experience with seven years of corporate Big 4 Leadership roles.
Stephanie’s leadership of multiple project management initiatives and sector turn-around teams successfully produced several process improvement plans that resulted in both national and international catalyst hiring. She has experience in fiscal cost reductions, reassessing head-count and vendor spending, system implementations and corporate re-organizations.
Prior to joining Windward Partners, Stephanie’s resume includes her role as National Assurance Sourcing Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Director of Transaction Services Sourcing for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Senior National Recruiter for Ernst & Young and Branch Manager and Division Director for Robert Half International.

Randy Samsel is the founder and president of e Search, Inc., and Partner with Windward Search Partners. Randy has been in the search industry in Northeast Ohio since 1986. In addition to his management responsibilities with e Search, Randy specializes in executive search work for financial, operational and human resource professionals. Through the years, Randy has been successful by identifying talented people who help his clients succeed. His personal mission is to make his clients lives more successful, and less stressful.
Prior to starting e Search in 1998, Randy was Regional Director of company operations for Management Recruiters International the largest recruiting firm in the world. Randy also served as Managing Director for Source Services, a publicly-held specialty recruiting firm (since acquired by Romac).
Randy is also a past president of the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Managers, serves on the board of the Northeast Ohio Wharton Alumni Group and is a member of the John Carroll Entrepreneurs Association.

Traci Barone is a Managing Director at Windward Partners. Having begun her career in an industry accounting role she quickly worked her way up to the Controller level prior to transitioning to recruiting. Over the past several years, Traci has become a subject matter expert within both middle and executive level management placement and consulting engagements for the following fields: accounting/finance, tax, treasury, human resource and business development professionals. Prior to joining Windward Partners, Traci managed the consulting services arm of the world’s first and largest specialized accounting and finance staffing firm, Robert Half International (RHI), a Fortune 500 organization. In addition to her time at RHI, Traci recently spent several years at Eaton Corporation, a Fortune 150 corporation, as their Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant working with all levels of the organization across the nation. Traci’s natural ability to create a trusting connection with business leaders makes her Windward Partners secret weapon in the most highly confidential and prestigious of searches.

Michelle Zeitz-Gyure joined Windward Partners as a Recruiting Director in this next act of her dynamic recruiting career. Her many talents include training and development, team building and management, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure successful placement and retention of candidates. Prior to joining Windward Partners, Michelle spent six years recruiting physicians before joining Robert Half International (RHI), a Fortune 500 organization, where she worked as a Recruiting Manager in the permanent placements division. In 2003, she joined NESCO where she assisted in building the Accounting and Finance division from the ground up. Michelle has proven success in building internal and external relationships with a diverse client base ranging from small local businesses to global corporations and brings a personal touch to each everything she does.

Carrie Carney is Windward Partners Partner’s Research Manager with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science coupled with work experiences that make the theoretical possible. Having worked in the legal, healthcare and staffing fields, Carrie brings a creative approach to her research duties and recently became a Certified Internet Researcher (CIR). Carrie is also an expert at implementing and managing applicant tracking systems.
